Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may request a return under the following conditions:

• Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date the parcel is received or delivered.

• Condition of Goods: Items must be returned in their original packaging and must not be opened or used. Products that have been opened, damaged, or are not in their original condition will not be eligible for a return.

• Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs are not covered for returns and will be at the customer’s expense.
